Mao Binghua Attends the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention

From September 9 to 11, the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC), hosted by the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM), was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Under the theme “Charting a New Course, Creating a New Future,” the event attracted over 4,000 representatives from 168 organizations worldwide. Distinguished attendees included Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim; Minister of Transport Anthony Loke Siew Fook; Second Minister of Finance Amir Hamzah Azizan; Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry Tengku Zafrul Aziz; Chen Xiaojiang, Vice President of the China Overseas Friendship Association; Ouyang Yujing, Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia; and Low Thiam Choon, President of ACCCIM. Among the invited guests was Mao Binghua, Vice President of the China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairperson of the Hunan Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation, President of the Hunan Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, and Chairperson of C-Kingdom Group.

In his opening address, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim highlighted the significant role that global Chinese entrepreneurs play in today’s complex and uncertain world. He emphasized their responsibility in promoting regional economic cooperation, securing key supply chains, and advancing global socioeconomic development. The Prime Minister noted the deep and robust bilateral relations between Malaysia and China, with China remaining Malaysia’s largest trading partner for 15 consecutive years. He expressed confidence that ongoing collaborative initiatives would further strengthen cooperation in key innovative fields and drive mutual economic growth.

ACCCIM President Low Thiam Choon, in his remarks, underscored the powerful business networks built by Chinese entrepreneurs and chambers of commerce, which serve as vital bridges between governments and the business community. He called for forward-thinking and cross-border coordinated actions from both sectors to address global challenges at this critical juncture.
During the convention, Mao Binghua led a delegation to visit the Malaysia-China Cooperation Chamber (MCCC), where they were warmly received by MCCC President Yap Wen Ming, Honorary Founder Dato’ Ng Wee Keong, and Honorary President Guo Jiahong, among others. Honorary President Guo Jiahong shared insights into local investment opportunities and future development prospects, expressing hope for enhanced collaboration between enterprises from both regions to achieve complementary strengths, shared growth, and positive contributions to economic, trade, and cultural exchanges.

Mao Binghua introduced C-Kingdom Group’s international expansion under its global strategy, which has extended the company’s business reach to over thirty countries and regions across the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.
