Fifth Division & Shuanghe City Party Standing Committee Member and Vice Commander Ding Zhiyong Leads Delegation for Research at C-KINGDOM Group

On the morning of October 29, a delegation led by Mr. Ding Zhiyong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Fifth Division and Shuanghe City Party Committee, Vice Commander, and Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Mayor of Shuanghe City People's Government, conducted a research visit to C-KINGDOM Group.
The delegation toured the C-KINGDOM Group Culture Exhibition Hall and the Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop for cables. They gained detailed insights into the company's achievements in technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and market expansion in Xinjiang.
During the meeting, Ms. Mao Binghua, Chairwoman of C-KINGDOM Group, extended a warm welcome to Vice Commander Ding Zhiyong and his delegation. She presented a comprehensive overview of the company's industrial layout and development strategy. Chairwoman Mao expressed her expectation to deepen exchanges with the Fifth Division and Shuanghe City, aiming for industrial synergy, resource sharing, and complementary advantages.
The discussion then focused on potential collaboration in industries such as copper and copper concentrate.
Vice Commander Ding Zhiyong spoke highly of C-KINGDOM Group's development. He emphasized that Xinjiang, as a core area of the Belt and Road Initiative, is ushering in a new wave of development opportunities. He highlighted Shuanghe City's unique position as a frontline for opening up to the West, given its proximity to Kazakhstan, and noted its active efforts to build a modern industrial system with a focus on sectors like energy power and new material manufacturing. He expressed his hope that both sides would use this meeting as a starting point to expedite cooperation and jointly seize the opportunities presented by Xinjiang's high-quality development.
This research visit laid a solid foundation for future collaboration. The next step for C-KINGDOM Group will be a follow-up visit to the Fifth Division and Shuanghe City to deepen alignment and promote the implementation of cooperative projects, thereby forging a new model of collaborative development between the Production and Construction Corps and enterprises.
The research visit was also attended by other officials, including Mr. Gu Pengjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director-General of the Commerce Bureau of the Fifth Division and Shuanghe City, and Mr. Wu Lixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Shuanghe Economic and Technological Development Zone.
