Project Overview
The Rabigh Phase II Phenol-Acetone Project in Saudi Arabia is an expansion project of a consortium of Saudi Aramco and Japan's Rabigh refinery. It is located in western Saudi Arabia and started construction in 2013. China Petrochemical Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. undertook the installation of the phenol-acetone section and the nylon unit.
